Frequently Asked Questions about webcam modelling with Nevada Models

I don’t look like a model, does that matter?

In short NO and it’s time that you realise your beauty! In fact, being a webcam model can be a great way to boost your confidence.

Commercially there are no rules to what a webcam model looks like. Nevada Models welcome all applicants over the age of 18. All shapes and sizes are welcome. Don’t forget, as humans we all have different preferences; if we all looked the same life would be very boring.

Do I have to pay tax & national insurance?

As a self-employed webcam model, you are fully responsible for paying your own tax and national insurance contributions. If this is new to you, don’t panic. We can put you in contact with a suitable accountant. You will also have access to our income and expenses tracker to make this part easier for you.

What do I have to do when I’m performing?

Smile, be friendly and have a genuine interest in the caller. All performances are different. Some clients just want to have a friendly chat whilst others may request a more intimate or nude performance with toys for added entertainment. What’s important is that you never have to do anything that you feel uncomfortable with. Full training is provided to help you deal with requests that you’re not willing to do. You are in full control.

Can I hide my identity?

To some extent – yes. When performing on cam, you will, of course, be visible to the viewer and we recommend that all models have a stage name to protect their identity (we can help you with this).

Do I have to see who I’m speaking to?

No, however it’s a great way to build relationships with your callers and keep the conversation flowing. Two way camera and audio is available on certain platforms, but this is optional. Some models prefer to hand type and refrain from seeing their caller, whilst others prefer to have their hands free and offer a full, two way camera experience. The choice is yours and you can change this during a call and in-between calls.

When do I get paid?

Upon verification you’ll need to provide us details of your preferred bank account. You can choose between daily pay (minimum of £20) or weekly pay (most popular) which goes into your bank account every Tuesday. Alternatively you can keep building your earnings and simply request it when you’re ready. Perfect for those savings!

I’m a Man. Can I be a model?

YES! Male, Female, Agender &
Trans. – EVERYONE is welcome.

We are a couple, can we work together?

YES! Couples are killing it in this industry.
If you are a couple, please state this at the start of your application so that we are able to obtain both sets of ID for verification.
