  • Modern Day Slavery & Anti Human Trafficking Policy

In accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015, ZN Global Ltd (Trading as Nevada Models) is committed to a business environment that is free from human trafficking, forced labour, sexual exploitation and/or unlawful exploitation of minors (collectively “human trafficking and slavery”). We also strongly believe we have a responsibility for promoting ethical and lawful business and investment practices. The law (domestic UK and internationally) also expects such a commitment.

Accordingly, we will not knowingly transact or do business with any individual, partnership, sole trade or company who use unlawful child labour, forced labour or sexploitation in any of the utilities and/or other products, investments and/or services we provide, nor will we accept any commodities, products, investments and/or services from suppliers or individuals that employ or utilise or sexually exploit minors, use child labour, trafficked humans or forced labour.

  1. Rationale & Reason

1.1 Human trafficking and slavery are crimes under UK, EU and international law. These crimes   exist in various countries throughout the world. This policy statement thus defines our commitment to ensuring that such practices do not exist within our own business, but also provides how we will make efforts to eradicate the same from any other businesses or  individuals with whom we shall maintain a relationship (and especially connected to our  business platform or models).

1.2 We will take appropriate steps to ensure not only our own compliance but also that these requirements are followed by our suppliers, subcontractors, models and/or business partners  (collectively by our “Suppliers”) worldwide.

All Suppliers are therefore required to adhere to the following:

  1. Definitions

2.1 Human Trafficking: the recruitment, transportation, transfer, harbouring or receipt of persons, by means of the threat or use of force or other forms of coercion, of abduction, of fraud, of deception, of the abuse of power or of a position of vulnerability or of the giving or receiving of payments or benefits to achieve the consent of a person having control over another person for the purpose of exploitation.

2.2 Forced Labour: all work or service, not voluntarily performed, that is obtained from an individual under the threat of force or penalty.

2.3 Harmful Child Labour: consists of the employment of children that is economically    exploitative, or is likely to be hazardous to, or interfere with, the child’s education, or to be harmful to the child’s health, or physical, mental, spiritual, sexual, moral, or social development.

  1. Requirements for Suppliers:
  • Will not use forced or compulsory labour, i.e., any work or service that a worker performs involuntarily, under threat of any coercion or penalty;
  • Will ensure that the overall terms of working with us are entirely voluntary;
  • Will comply with the minimum age requirements prescribed by applicable laws for our commercial activity;
  • Will compensate its workers with earnings and benefits that meet or exceed the legally required minimum and will comply with our agreed payment rates;
  • Will not engage in any practice of slavery, servitude, forced labour, compulsory labour and/or human trafficking outside the UK which would constitute an offence if that conduct took place within the UK; and;
  • Will ensure that any sub-contractors or suppliers from whom they source goods and/or services for use in any activity with Nevada Models, also adhere to these requirements.

We take any breach of this Policy extremely seriously.

  1. Suppliers or businesses or individuals who are found to have or be engaging in human trafficking and slavery or sexploitation or which refuse to co-operate with any audit to verify compliance with this Policy will be liable to have any supply agreement, arrangement, memberships or other contracts with Nevada Models terminated immediately, without compensation. We shall also report any suspicions regarding Modern Day Slavery, Sexploitation or Human Trafficking to the appropriate Police authorities.
